  1. Concentration is based on the popular game of the same name. The object of the
  2. game is to correctly guess the 5-digit number concealed behind the boxes. The 
  3. 5-digit number is drawn in such a manner that each digit takes up all 5 
  4. vertical boxes. An example of how the numbers look will be shown at the end of 
  5. the instructions. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with them as it 
  6. will help in making your guess (they are TRICKY).

  8. At the start of each game you are given 2500 points. You are presented with a 
  9. 5x5 grid composed of 25 boxes labeled A through Y. Each box has a prize 
  10. associated with it. You chose 2 boxes, by letter, and you will be shown what 
  11. is behind each box. If they match, you do NOT lose any points and if they do 
  12. NOT match you LOSE 50 points. The boxes are then cleared and a portion of the 
  13. hidden number(s) are displayed.

  15. You can take a guess at the hidden number, any time during the game. HOWEVER, 
  16. if you do not guess correctly, you LOSE 100 points. When you have correctly 
  17. guessed the number, you will receive the number of points remaining from the 
  18. original 2500 you received at the start of the game. The minimum number of 
  19. points you win, for a correct guess, is 100. As you can see it is to your 
  20. advantage to solve the puzzle as quickly as possible so as to retain as many 
  21. of the original points.

  26. After pressing [ENTER] you will be shown the way the hidden numbers will be 
  27. displayed. Study them carefully as it will help in guessing the hidden 5-digit
  28. number. As we said before the numbers are tricky <grin>... GOOD LUCK!

  30. You may now send and/or receive messages from other players, within this Door 
  31. itself. No longer a need to jump out and use the BBS' message base. This 
  32. feature is controlled by your Sysop and if the menu option is not present, 
  33. please notify the Sysop.
